Newsletter ad copy rewritten in your own voice

AdApt is an AI tool that rewrites a sponsor's generic ad copy so it reads like the newsletter it runs in. You paste the ad and two or three past issues, AdApt learns the voice, and it returns a primary ad, a secondary ad, or a full dedicated email written the way you write. Publishers report up to 50% more clicks on adapted sponsor placements compared with the copy the advertiser sent over. AdApt is a product of HeyNews LLC.

How AdApt works

Three steps. First, save a newsletter voice profile by pasting a few recent issues or a public archive URL; AdApt analyses sentence length, rhythm, humour, and how you normally hand off to a sponsor. Second, paste the advertiser's brief or ad copy and pick the placement type. Third, review the adapted copy, nudge the tone with presets such as shorter, warmer, or more direct, and copy it into your issue. A typical adaptation takes under a minute, and every paid plan includes 3 free regenerations per ad.

Plans and pricing

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes 1 adaptation. Starter costs $12 per month, or $108 per year, and covers 10 adaptations a month with 1 saved newsletter. Pro covers 40 adaptations a month with 3 saved newsletters. Agency covers 120 adaptations a month with 10 saved newsletters. Primary and secondary ads cost 1 credit each; a dedicated email costs 3 credits. Annual billing is roughly 30% cheaper than paying monthly. Full details are on the pricing page.

Who uses AdApt

Two groups. Newsletter publishers who sell sponsorships and want ad reads that do not break the voice their readers subscribed for, and brands or media buyers running the same campaign across many newsletters who need one brief adapted per placement instead of writing each version by hand. Publishers can review the publisher deck; advertisers can review the brand deck.
